Loompay Referral Program

1. Overview

The Loompay Referral Program is designed to reward users who help expand the Loompay ecosystem by inviting new members to join, activate cards, and start spending.

By sharing Loompay with others, users earn crypto rewards, unlock higher commissions, and gain exclusive partner privileges — while new users also enjoy spending bonuses during their first month.

2. How It Works

Each Loompay user receives a unique Referral Code accessible inside the Loompay App.

When a new user (the Referee) signs up using this code, both the Referrer and Referee earn rewards after completing defined activation milestones.

3. Reward Structure

A “Successful Referral” occurs when a new user completes KYC verification and makes at least one Top-Up (fund deposit) into their Loompay account.

4. Payout & Conditions

• All rewards are paid in USDT directly to the user’s Loompay wallet.

• Referral rewards may be locked for up to 10 days to prevent fraudulent activity.

• Referral codes remain valid for 90 days from issuance.

• Cashback for Referees applies only to eligible spending made within the first 30 days after activation.

• Loompay reserves the right to modify reward rates or conditions during special campaigns or in response to market fluctuations.

All payouts are automatically sent to the user’s Loompay wallet once the reward is verified and cleared.

5. Example Scenarios

Example 1: Starter Tier

• Alice shares her referral code with Bob.

• Bob signs up, completes KYC, activates his card, and spends $100.

• → Alice earns $0.06 commission.

• → Bob earns $10 cashback (10%) from his first-month spending.

Example 2: Leader Tier

• Carol has 100 successful referrals.

• Each new referee who joins via Carol’s code earns 25% cashback during their first month.

• Carol receives $10 per referral and 0.2% commission on total spending volume.
